The Oak Park Women's Tennis Club is home to teams of 10 players who pair up for doubles play in the Central Valley Tennis League (CVTL). Teams play in one of the following 3 divisions: A, B, or C for the season that runs from fall of one year to spring the following year. Though interclub is considered competitive tennis, most players consider it an opportunity not only to play opponents with similar skill levels but also to establish an increased level of camaraderie and friendship with teammates.
Interclub matches are played once weekly against teams based in the geographical region from Woodbridge to DiscoveryBay to Gustine to Turlock. Team players must be members of OPWTC for the entire CVTL season. Each of the teams also has a roster of players who can play as a substitute for an absent player.
